The Picton Yoga Collective is a group of 3 yoga teachers - Anne, Kaye and Jeannie. The three teachers share this class, offered every Friday morning, teachers alternate each week, and styles may vary.
Anne & Kaye are newly qualified teachers, Jeannie is a more experienced teacher. Styles vary between a gentle Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin including some breath work. All levels are welcome, and modifications and options are offered.
