Assistant Content Director-More FM
More FM is an entertainment hub living in the now for Kiwi Mums & their families. A primary source of entertainment for females 30-59.
- Update and maintain our music library, music research and schedule music for More FM
- Actively seek new hits and ensure the on-air music mix is in line with the More FM music strategy
- Work with record companies, NZ On-Air, local artists and managers to ensure they have a positive relationship with More FM
- Perform on-air shifts as needed
- Schedule the on-air rosters and share with the team
- Manage and develop new on-air staff
- Quality control of all material, ensuring it is aligned with the More FM brand, listeners and broadcasting standards
- Contribute to More FM brainstorms for new station tactics and client promotions and work with the promotions team to execute them
- Maintain and resolve issues with the broadcast if they arise
- Responsible for More FM imaging. Update recorded elements and on-air promotions with the Content - Director, ensure the writing is done to a high creative standard and supply scripts to the promotions department for approval
- Other day-to-day station operations duties as required
